Hi everyone, thanks for listening. All comments are welcome, please be critical and constructive. I am especially looking for comments on the tone of the bass and how well it sits with the kick. Enjoy!

great track, but would like to hear more variation on the main melody after the break, it runs the same for too long, almost 3 mins of the same melody is to much for me maybe glitch it up like u glitched the melody that starts 0:48

It sits pretty ok, but to my ear it has a bit too much of subs, comparing to other instruments. Also I think this tracks lacks low-mid content a bit. Some grumbling arped lead, maybe, or fatten up and softly distort that pad you have Also I would play with kick sample more, I would put there more techno-like bass drum.
Overall nice work! minimal tech but definitely psychedelic one

Glitchin - thanks for the compliments, ya i have one other similar on my soundcloud but its not as good. if you want the file pm me and i will send it your way.
PsiloCybian - yes I agree I ran out of ideas a bit at the end and needed to finish this track before it drove me crazy I am still working on trying to finish tracks in less than 3 weeks... thanks for the compliments tho that means a lot coming from you.
Overdream - ok, nice to know about the subs bit. I don't own monitors just headphones so its a little tricky, but hopefully with christmas coming up.... Yeah i made like a 1.5 dB cut on the master EQ around 200Hz or something maybe I will undo that, and the pad yes, overdrive a good idea. it is sidechained to about 5 other sounds so yeah i think that would be good to bring it out a bit more. Thank you as well for your positive reply.
Open to more feedback, although it has been more than what i expected already!

yeah man at the moment its a bit of a conundrum... I dont have an audio interface or a microphone and i really would like those for recording instruments, samples, etc.
other side is, i am ph.d. student and have no money cuz my gf and i live off my miniature stipend in an expensive city in an apartment building where all our neighbors are super noise sensitive
but i have read people talking about dynaudio and such being amazing sounding, so i am sort of reconsidering and thinking maybe i should just save longer and get those. not sure. :/
