Check out this cool event i'm playing at next weekend. 839 is a San Diego based crew with a lot of motivation to throw a damn good party. I haven't mixed at a rave in years and I'm actually looking forward to this. I just might have to play unfair and bust out the darkest and dingiest from my collection. I love it when a house dj goes on after me, we'll see if he can mix out of some Osom or Jellyheadz, muauahahahaha!!!!

If you're in the area, its only $5. stop in and catch my set. i think i'm playing around 2 or 3 am.

"Trance-Dancers are individual persons who differ from their fellow villagers by a high emotionality, a lively imagination, and in general a somewhat infantile psychic structure, and are capable of reaching that state of increased consciousness that is needed to achieve a transformation, the realization of a CONCEPTION" - Dr. Van Mulfften Palte (1933)

8:39 Productions, Buddha B, and Jacq Attack present Conception. Secure indoor location just outside of metro LA. Only $5 to get in, party goes all night and into the morning.

Featuring top artists from So Cal in 5 different genres of underground sound.

Maybe you'll turn on some people to bomb ass music, and open some minds, if you do it for just one you've succeeded.
Hmmm bionic brain killer into simply jeff? Thats intimidating. I wish i could be there for that moment, the look on that dj's face should be priceless.
PEACE...

hard style is kind of like a mix between early acid trance, but commercialized for club consumption in places like Ibiza. its an interesting blend, but when mixed right it can really bring a lot of energy to a rave dancefloor. If anybody is a cross-over, think Jon Bishop, or Tall Paul from London, Kimball Collins, etc etc.

my favorite compliments from kids at raves was that i exposed them to something they never heard of before. That is exactly how I was introduced to this music many moons ago, maybe a new dj will be born as I was.

I'm really looking forward to this, I'm still a big fan of other electronic genres.           We are all family. We put the fun in disfunctional.

I just found out my great-grandmother died this morning at a frisky 103 years young. She was an angel of generosity who called me by the wrong name for the last 20 years I've known her. I will miss her dearly and am dedicating my set tomorrow night in honor of Noni Slatkevitz, 1902-2006

she was the first member of my mom's side of the family to be born in america, just shortly after her parents immigrated from Italy.

This can be a reminder that life is unpredictable, you can lose it when you're young, or live a long and prosperous life to witness 4 generations be raised under your guidance and morals. This is a sad day, but i'm also very happy that she is finally at peace after being in a nursing home for 4 years. Just the fact that she lived on her own until 98 years old just shows how strong this woman was.

My set is from 2am to 3am if you would like to check it out. Also, updated info includes $5 keg cups for sale, you must have id for this event. 18+ to get in, 21+ to get a cup. send me a private message before 6 pm tomorrow if you would like directions.

namaste, big boom in the sky tomorrow night all around the world.           We are all family. We put the fun in disfunctional.

Condolensces and much respect to your great-grandmother, Tom. I'm not sure if she'll be dancing on a cloud to your set up there, but I'm sure she'll be very proud of her little what's his name.

seriously, i was very surprised at the amount of people that were dancing through my set.

i just wish the sound system wasn't so beat up, didn't do the music justice for any of the djs i witnessed.

although, the people i did see did a great job. hats off to 839 for uniting many different cultures under one roof.

apologies to those that could not get in. this party reached capacity by 11 pm, they were turning people away to keep control but were being gracious enough to let people in as people left.           We are all family. We put the fun in disfunctional.
