There's alot of cooling kits outthere.

http://shopping.msn.com/specs/sc5250-e-se7505vb2-option-low-noise-cooling-kit/itemid21410263/?itemtext=itemname:sc5250-e-se7505vb2-option-low-noise-cooling-kit&fulldesc=1

Just google or ask your retailer...
Or go for water based cooling system. (Abit hard to set up, but generates 0db noise)           www.xun.dk / myspace.com/xundk

case: coolermaster rc-1000

mobo: DFI LP DK P45-T2RS Plus (s775, DDR2) or GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS4 or for ddr3 GIGABYTE GA-X48T-DQ6

cpu: intel c2d e8600 (6mb, 3.33ghz) or for quad Intel Core 2 Quad 9550 (s775/2, 83) Box

but for audio apps still the 4 core support is quirky so i better suggest the e8600 with the higher clock and larger multiplier that makes him a great overclocking solution!

hdd 1: WD velociraptor 150g (system)

hdd 2: seagate 500g or WD 640g

ram: Corsair RAM DDR2 4GB KIT 8500C5DF or
OCZ OCZ2RPR10664GK 4GB (2X2GB) PC-8500 1066MHZ REAPER HPC EDITION DUAL CHANNEL KIT or for ddr3 KINGSTON KHX13000D3LLK2/2G HYPERX DDR3 2GB(2X1GB) LOW LATENCY PC13000 1625MHZ DUAL CHANNEL KIT

cpu cooler: Noctua NH-U12P or THERMALTAKE CL-W0097 ORCHESTRA water cooler

dvd: samsung 22x dvd-rw

gpu: SAPPHIRE RADEON HD3470 256MB PCI-E silent (not gamers) or MSI 4850 SVGA (PCI-Express 512MB) not silent but good cooler and very good value for money

psu: Hiper HPU-5K680, 680W, USB Hub (8+1) or ZALMAN ZM600-HP 600W both really quiet psus          http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

Not less important than super fast CPU and lotsa RAM is to make sure your case has good cooling (120mm fans front and back).
