Barb_Wire, quality is not mesured by age, and if you think it is, maybe you arent "Quality" yourself and maybe you should go back to kindergarden...

I don't want to open a discussion here, but I believe music belongs to everybody, without age limitation.
I don't know if you and your buddies were very "quality" back when you were 17, but I can assure you this is no excuse for limiting the age to 23+.
I know lots of loud teenagers that can easily ruin the party, and I know lots of adults who can ruin the party as well.
In this specific case, I don't think the organizers are to blame 
AGE ISN'T IMPORTANT, MUSIC IS.
