I don't think there's been many chill compilations this year yet. At least, I think I have only purchased two that were released this year:
one was Air, which is good.
The other is Zaum Vol. 1, released on Psychonagivation: http://www.discogs.com/Various-Zaum-Vol-1/release/1814610
It is available on Saiko.
It is quite good ambient. I like it. (I'm really loving ambient at the moment).
