Do you? Do i have to know them to appreciate their music what they are making today? i don't think so, Ok they made big difference in psytrance but like so many artist there comes a moment of lack of creativity, ideas etc... In my opinion what they today make is not worth buying it, but hey that's 90% of today;s releases. and i saw them playing and they do have a rockstar attitude but at the end they are rockstars you like it or not. defentely not my taste today but is good to have all different tastes and opinions it makes us unique. boom

oh, when people say they have a big ego they're talking about their music? sorry, i didn't understand it like that. i though he was talking about them as persons.
and yes i do know them and i think they're really nice people. as for the music, i like it, but i totally respect who doesn't!

I dont know them, i dont have aything against them or even to their music(great musical moments where of their responsability)....but the point here goes beyond taste....
They are doing something new? No....
Does it have quality? IMHO no...(though they are very professional in their business, no doubt!!!)
The mescla of styles in their music went for the worst of each genre....and its not because their music has voice, its because the vocals are poor (im sorry but the guy doesnt Know how to sing - this is a fact!!!!), its because the lyrics are poor, easy, no depth....its because the guitar riffs are lame (no inovation there), its because their melodic line lost the magic they had (people, dont you remember the crazy, unique, innovative melodies these guys used to have, c`mon!!!!!). Their music had innovation (no copying other styles), was inteligent without never loosing intensity, i mean these guys were really crowd controllers.
But i dont question their professionalism or hability to perform, but i just think that when you want to reach a more "larger" audience you loose the "breakthrough" vibe, your music becomes more "direct" and definetly full of "comercial cliches"...

I enjoy about 50% of their resent outputs. Some tracks and poarts just makes me smile, be it for their detail, composition or charm/emotion. Infected is in (our) my heart. Rest of the tracks/prts get's too much and feels like a very smooth and professional trial and error approach sprinkled with some jalla cheese with depressive taste. And I'm not a huge fan of their emphatis on the 'let's get all crazy and snichel the sound so that their heads might bleed' peaks. - Gonna see them live for the 3rd time soon! Will be awesome crap, will enjoy myself very much (:

meh. pretty sparse sounding to me - not particularly interesting, and definitely not psychedelic to my ears :\

I actually wouldn't mind a set of stuff like this:
I don't know a lot of artists that do this style but I think there's definately something in it and I think infected do it very well
