There is a really cool psy scene up in Colorado. It is mostly based in Denver/Boulder, but there are events elsewhere. It seems like there is something going on there all the time. The PTLF (Psychedelic Trance Liberation Front) has been doing events for a year or two now and have a really good group. There is also a psytrance store that recently opened up in Boulder called Harmonic Motion.

There is a mailing list/group set up on yahoo.com for the trancers in Colorado. Just go to www.yahoogroups.com and do a search on goaden.

The people up there are extremely nice and fun to hang with...remind me a lot of down here in Austin. If you can ever make it to the area, I definitely suggest it.

Oh yeah! I've heard my sister talk about that one. I believe DJ Adam Ohana from Eyephunk is playing at that one. He's not exactly psytrance (breaks), but last time I heard him, he rocked my ass more than any DJ had in quite some time.

I'll bug my sister for some details on that festival and post them here.           -----------------

Ya...AFAIK, the is the main Fusion organizer. Even better, when he DJs in the dark, his dreds make his silhouette look like Sideshow Bob from The Simpsons.

Those dates for the CO event tick me off....I'm arriving for my visit in Colorado on 6/25. So close.

hmm ... 'no big names' !
well I don't know most of them except Kode IV.
I don't know if he will play or mix, but I saw him mixing a couple of times in Sf.... he is amazing, incredible psy-trance set... communicating his High Energy to the people !!
peace
