well not must interest in this thread considering this was THE squat party of the year!!!!.......
it was held in an old leisure/sports centre in the aristocratic suburbs of north-west london. The venue was awesome and was just the right size for the 1500(!) or so revellers that were there. there were loads of spaces to explore - a couple of chill outs, gallery, techno room (fullon!), progressive house room and plenty of outdoorage too.
the psy room was kickin and was really great to hear such quality 15k sound at a squat party. A great progressive set from Sha-lee really got the party movin.... in fact the music was top notch all nite (ahem!)- and was still going with a good full-power morning set from Kristian and Fortu when, unfortunately, i had to go.
the party was still going strong at this point (11am???) with everyone enjoying the excellent sunshine in the garden grounds.
so not really sure how long it went on for in the end but all in all this was a wicked party!
well done to ben and the rest of the collective futures crew for putting on an amazing event. just goes to show that these kind of events can happen and still happen despite all the dissapointments of recent weeks.
