There are THREE things I know well enough to call myself professional at them...
Ten Pin Bowling and Coffee...
The best way to prepare coffee in your homes is with a Machinetta, an italian espresso machine, you know the kind that screws and you put it on a low fire... the water boils up and presses through the coffee grind and into the pot on top... On the side, you heat up milk in a 'finjan' on a low flame stirring from time to time so Creme cannot form... Ahhh, the better commercial espresso's are ILLY and Lavazza CLUB. I happen to use a blend from a local roaster called Tozorro Gold... it has a bit of brazil santos in it and guatemala coffee and some other shit, perhaps colombian...
good aromatic stuff.

well, down here in my town, just outside of Philadephia, ill go to the local import store, buy a new cd, listen to it, go to the building next to it, what happens to be Star Bucks, get a Frappe and a slice of cheese cake, finish my breakfast, then run 6 miles to work. damn i can go for a frappe right now...::drools:: |

my choise is not tester's choise , i prefer the black coffee ,but, it has to b done good.
a good arab black coffee with hell can make dead ppl walk.... :)
