wow, i've been so out of touch with pop music, I only recognize about 8 names in all of this list.

The best coachella I went to was in 99 or 2000 when Jane's Addiction did their reunion tour. It was pretty goddam cool to see Flea from the chili peppers jump on stage with Jane's Addiction and rock the bassline for Caught Stealin.

are these the bands that are playing on the radio these days?

this is a really badass festival music wise, but still no psytrance there. Someday......................           We are all family. We put the fun in disfunctional.

Still ranks as the top dance music live act ive ever friggin seen

as far a mainstream music events go, coachella is probably the pinnacle though

Heh, I feel the same way. The Breeders and Love & Rockets would be cool to see, and I'm mildly interested in Deadmau5. Tsk, no psy.

I saw them live here in Chicago in 2002 or something. WHAT A RAW PURE ENERGY! One of the 3 best live bands I've ever seen in my life so far (beside Underworld and Thievery Corporation).

PS. Kraftwerk!

I probably only know half the names.

This would be fun minus the whole hipster crowd vibe.

I've been to Coachella for the past 2 years now and have had such a memorable time. Seeing the diverse bands all in one shot is a real treat. I have broadened my knowledge of musicians and artists by going to Coachella.

Another thing, Coachella tends to add some famous artists closer to the date of the event so Skazi still may be playing there. In the past years I have heard Djs at the smaller domes playing some trance.... I think there could be a psytrance section there before too long.           Julie ~*JacobuSubocaJ*~
