the track starts with the voice of a young woman who clearly says:
"when i was young i wanted to be either an astronaut or an oceanographer. Instead of a space traveller i chose to be an ..... a traveller in the ocean ... " then i cant understand anymore.. this is an old track on a DAT from goa.. no idea on what it can be.. but really deep and passional.. marvellous 
maybe someone knows this!

Just a wild guess, but it could be something like Koxbox - Space Traveller, from 1995.
