Rayspace is an interesting plugin that lets you draw the shape of the room and uses a rendering algorithm to compute the reverb. I like the results.

Also, if you have enough inputs and outputs, you can pick up good quality hardware reverb units very cheap nowadays.

EQ the signal you send to reverb to cut out the bass, as that can make a lot of noisy mud which you don't want.
