excuse me, but Digital Talk, Scorb? thats not what i call DARK. its simply full on night, very heavy full on night. if the bassline has any changes during the song, then its not dark LOL
im not saying its not good, it just isnt dark in any way.

ok,then give us an example of what you call dark.. imo wicked hayo - hayo changes bassline 3 times in the track and i think its dark and is nothing like "very heavy night full on"... but who knows, maybe i have to call you "the mad professor" if you proove me wrong  LOL |

scorb and nrs of course,
cant be cleaner and their sound is more
atmospheric then "the munsters"
but they are maybe not "dark" enough
who knows...

i dont think i should call Scorb (for example) dark because there are much darker stuff around, and they seem to me as a very different style. still i like it. i may be wrong on my affirmative, but to me dark consists in heavy basslines mostly with no changes in it and very schizofrenic synths all over it, but its just my opinion as well.
(and my english is too bad to describe it better, sorry)

well m8 just because there is darker stuff out there it doesnt mean this aint dark, although i would call it dark-fullon. Digital talk has a great and very unique sound, pretty good shit, also scorb although it has been mentioned b4, so try with frozen ghost, abomination, absolum, pondscum, phatmatix... hope u like this stuff man

I know what you need. Not something "overcrowded" with sounds but still sounds night. Something not like Derango or Baphomet Engine.
So try Digital Talk, Talpa, Scorb and Droidlock. Throw Seroxat in there as well. I was going to mention Shift but he relies on atmospheres a lot.

OK I assume you mean dark in the emotional sense and not necessarily in the other sense that it is used (the Darkpsy genre)..
anyway I recommend:
