Swedish synth manufacturer Clavia has announced details of a new software update for the latest synth in their Nord Modular range the G2. The Modular G2 OS and Editor V1.10 adds Master/MIDI Clock Sync of LFO and Audio Delay times to the product, as well as patching a number of bugs. V1.10 also comes with a new Factory Sound Library that offers a stack of new patches and Performances. The update can be downloaded from the Clavia website free of charge.
As well as this, Clavia have also released a Voice Expansion board for the G2 that expands the polyphony in your patches to twice that of the original and features four extra DSPs and RAM circuits. The Voice Expansion board will also be compatible with the soon to be released rack mountable Nord Modular G2 Engine.
