Chop audio loop and fade out audio segments plugin

Hi !
Im looking for a plugin where you can chop an audio loop and fade out the audio segments.
If you could fade out all the audio segments within a loop at once that would be great.
Im mainly use fruity loops and would need some help to find a plugin which can do this.

-fxpansion guru / geist ... slice, play with adsr
-shortcircuit free
-beatburner: http://www.kvraudio.com/db/beatburner_by_code_audio
-ableton live - slice loop to new midi track, select all samples in the drum rack/sampler and adjust adsr
-propellerhead rex, import in your favourite sampler, voila!

thanx for all advices, tried Fl beat slicer before
but now i will try the the decay slider all the way up !
Knocz i would love to collaborate, how should we start ?

To elaborate is to say mode details about something.. 
I don't have much spare time on my hands, but if you want to collaborate in ableton live we can exchange a dropbox project.

All these features have worked perfect with Fruity Loops and helped reduce my recording latency too. I'm really happy with the hardware and software interface when using this audio interface with FL Studio, and if you're looking for one definatly check out the Firepod or the smaller Firebox looks pretty cool too.

knocz
in ableton, import a sample on an audio track. right click it and select "slice to new midi track". You get a drum rack or sampler on a new midi track, according to your menu-selection. now you got a sliced up loop and you'll be able to manhandle it
