how can i make these kind of sounds??
and how do artists make them? i don't think they go to a coonsert & record them

Choir sounds could be created on synths (that's how trance artists create their choir parts), and are common in general midi synths.

Real voice choirs are simply sold on sample cdz.

how ? if i'll sing the sample be worse than record something in the garbage dump?

record yourself going "Ahhhhhhhhh" for 5 seconds.
go to sound forge and put that sample on stereo. next up, use some chorus to double it up. save it. reload it. no rechorus it. add reverb. try also using a vocoder, and you have choirs.
