even though this will be my 4th sacred earth, it will be my first time to drop a set that is comprised of 100% of my own material. needless to say, i'm excited to share the experience with all of ya'll. my anticipation is just growing

not guinea pigs, per se. pretty much all my sets over the past 6-9 months have been 100% justincaseboy. i just haven't played up north for ya'll in like a year.
a few tracks will be brand spankin' new, though, so you get to be the test floor for those....

and that braincell set, was the set that made that whole festival worth it all for me, jesus what a sunrise. I really wish I didnt have to work sound at wakarusa while this is going on, its going to be a great show as always!

SOLAR SPECTRUM is a solo project of Switzerland based Producer Ralph K. Ralph has been developing his unique style over the last few years and has built a great reputation around the world with his psychedelic project Braincell. Starting in 1994 as a producer and DJ he founded the project RASTALIENS together with his friend Jay. The latest album „Back on earth“ was releases on Phar Psyde Records in 2007. More info about RASTALIENS you can find on their website www.rastaliens.com In 2003, when he moved to Switzerland with his wife, he decided to start his own project BRAINCELL. The first album „Universal Language“ was released on Glowing Flame Records in 2005, which was followed by an impressive string of releases on various compilations and labels. In 2007 the second album „Transformation of reality“ came out and the 3rd album „Frequency Evolution“ was released in September 2008 again on Glowing Flame Records. To date he has played on every major continent in countries like Brazil, Australia, USA, Italy, Germany, UK, Greece, etc. and received much praise for his energetic and emotional live shows and DJ Sets. Since 2007 Ralph is also producing tracks under the project name SOLAR SPECTRUM, which represents the more psy-progressive & ambient side of his creativity . The debut album of SOLAR SPECTRUM was released end of 2008 on Free Freak Music beside already several releases on different labels.
