And what about all those storys of the cannibals that 1s
at the fullmoon every month came to an island to party
and dance around the fire in ceremony & circles with a
mystic strange culture . Something must be with this
specific particular and special night ..

hindus follow the lunar calender, according to the lunar calender, he Lunar day or the ‘tithi’ is from one moon-rise to another. a month has 30 days, the mont is dividid into two fortnights, dark Fortnight and bright Fortnight...Poornima' refers to the foll moon, and falls on the fiftinth day of the bright fortnite, the ful symbolizes a mind filled with bliss. There is a close association between the mind and the moon, as during these times a lot of poeople here hold fasts and worship their masters, or gods, and also hold rituals and ceremonies!
poornima signifies the elimination of all darkness(no moon) and evil from the mind and purify the heart spiritually...
I dont know if it makes that much difference... but according to hinduism, on full mooon days the planetry influence of the moon is very strong and people are more receptive for spiritual energies. hence, these days are very favourabl for meditation and othr spiritual practises.
Full moon parties are really beautiful, theres nothing like looking up in the sky and seeing.. like a full circle...

Nice hearing comments and answers from many
cultures and civilizations for that .. Im sure that
this mazing night was always (In any period of
time) lead the human being be acting and using
that nature rules . Same with the Jewishness at
'Amoraeim' & 'Tanaeim' time before hundred's
years when peoples was using the nature rules
and every month when the moon was full light
fires on mountains to let all know it come .. To
let the ppls wach up to the sky and blessing
that great incident and event .
Im sure that today .. At our times we can feel
all those powers (Without the past effects and
marks) . I think that this splendid night can glue
and band the all peoples on earth together .. !
