HI all of u! I have loaded a thread couple of days ago asking you some good 2001 CD recommention (which was very helpful BTW), and i remember Some of U talking about this CD in enthuaism (or how u write it)
Well, i found this CD yesterdey, it was in a dark blue plastic SCREAMING the year 1996, i put it in the stereo and what i Hear is the cheap dirty sound of the old goa... Really Recommending OLDDDD stuff of MFG... Well, Am i on the wrong CD? Or that's just the point?
10x 2 everyone that pays any attention ... YAT |

Yeah, the sound of the CD is stuck a few years earlier than the sleek production we expect today, but if you like morning trance and don't mind the age, this is a pretty good CD. If you were expecting to hear something you'd expect from acts like Qlap and Bitmonx here, well, you should have payed more attention to what people said about this CD :)
And don't badmouth goa :) |

Chi AD keeps on doing what they like and we should respect that, just like someone posted in the Dj thread! THEY PLAY WHAT THEY WANNA PLAY! JUST like Chi AD they make what they wanna make! I think thats the best thing about creating music, u can do whatever u like how shitty/cheezy/fucked up bla bla blablabla it sounds! Its still your own sound!
"Dont badmouth goa" Asaf. 8)
AIGHT!

geez i've never heard of a group of fans that are so critical of old music... Everyone on this fourm (and others) constenly labels music old or new... as if it makes a diffrence...
Most fans of other kinds of music cherish the old stuff as essential classics... allot of people in the goa/psy/min secne reject 'old' music as soon has somthing newer comes out. Hope you treat your grandparents diffrently...
BTW 1996 isn't old, thats 5 years ago, old COULD be somthing from the 80's or before....
And Virtual Spirit Blows Anno Domini away. ;) |

Good point.
Good music ages like wine, not like vinager. If people get bored of a track after something new comes out, well, I'd think they aren't properly enjoying the music.
I'd rather hear one of the older, less impressive Hallucinogen tracks over 99% of the necton / noma / ticon / qlap tracks that people replace in 2 weeks (and don't say you don't, I follow the top 10s here :)) |

there will be new album of Chi-A.D. called Earth Crossing coming out at Velvet Inc.
it should sound something like the 7th track "Animatrix" at Infinitism
