Checklist for Party Orginizers?

So, Iv'e been involved with helping out some party orginizers in South Africa, and England, mostly doing the decor. Currently I'm living in the middle of nowhere in the USA, and with great potential here, me and my friends are starting a party orginization.
I was wondering if all you experienced lot don't wanne give me a rough checklist of what you need for a party, indoor or outdoor, one night or festival.
I've got the basics down, of cousre, I was just wondering off anything critical needed.

Well, you have a lot of things to do.
I'm not a party organizer but I guess the most important things are:
- Audio device (mixing deck, mixer, amplifier, spekers)
- Lights (UV and non)
- Toilette services
- Water services
- Parking lot
- Medical services
- Food & Drinks
- Rain protection
- Camping area
- Chill out area
But what really does a good party anyway is:
- Music
- People
- Deco & Colors

Sometimes more psy, sometimes more trance

Hi Trans vir dood,my name is horizon I make partys & festivals in europe about 8 years now in Austria. I was born in California tho and I would just like to warn you about the USA and there psydelic party/festival policy. I dont know in what state you are in but make sure you get all the information you can about permits / substance laws and such -take care is my word of wisdom and good luck, it would be great to see some more going on in the US.Full power to you |

One thing that sure helps as well in populated territory is to inform the neighbours (and if needed, bribe 'm with booze or whatever else is needed  ) to avoid having 'm show up with shotguns like my labelbuddy Paradigm witnessed @ Circles of Sounds near San Francisco 1 and half years ago....despite permits that really finished the festival !
