this old scool, one cool track. it is too long imho as well. you tried making a track to last you a party huh?
fix those open hi hats for starters. i like the kick very much. pounding sort, real punchy. your basslines are crunchysome, if i hear correctly, and i do realize this is what you had in mind. but do try equlizing them a bit, so the sound won't be so "wet"...
all in all, very nice, very uplifting.

well i heard "Heavy Mental", you have good sound, but as all the ppl sayd here, it is to long, and i dont think that the "Phaser" on the line is a good idea, i realy liked the the entrance in 2:48.

Well, here goes. I heard Heavy Mental and Aircondition Flower.
Heavy Mental: too long. You can take 3-4 minutes off of the track without losing any punch at all, but adding a lot of "edgy" feeling (surprises/developments will be closer to one another). Maybe adding some more complex percussion (a la Vibrasphere) will give it some more pressure when needed.
Aircondition Flower: Mastering stops this track from going a lot further. Each sound on it's own is good - they just blur into one another. I also think that the structure should be more complex - it doesn't sound like each stage in the track is both strong on it's own AND bringing the next part in. The idea with the bassdrums is good - very - but again, the sounds blur into eachother way too much for realizing it's full potential.
I don't know - the tracks have some very good things in them, but they don't have anything that makes me go "oooh, this is wonderful". And that's because of mastering, and a not fully thought through structure. Those would be the 2 points for improvement here.
Of course - the good things - some great ideas and elements.
Keep on at it!
