Cheap airline tickets from Europe to Asia - Tips?

Hi,
I'm soon to travel to Asia, and I was wondering if any of you people/travellers have experiences with good and cheap internet sites where you can order airline tickets from somewhere in Europe to Asia. -
I'm currently located in Scandinavia (Copenhagen), but I'm concidering traveling to somewhere in Europe like Athens, Greece before I go to Asia (Thailand, India, Nepal..). So if it's in example cheaper to travel from somewhere in Europe if your going to Asia that would be Ok. Any tips regarding this?
Flight from Europe to Asia:
- Which internet site is best to find cheap tickets?
- Which country is cheapest to travel from?
- Which airline is cheapest to fly with?
Any tips, pointers and ect would be great!

I did get a hint from a friend that http://www.bimanair.com/index.asp was realy cheap to Asia from Europe (like London).
Thought I'd post it here since it might help other people as well

It's all about where you're flying from. I live in Switzerland but it's cheaper for me to travel to Paris and get a flight to Asia from there for example. Cheapest I found was with GulfAir, normally it's the arab companies that have cheap flights from Europe to Asia. Last time I booked my ticket on Opodo.fr but it was quite a hassle because you need to have your tickets sent to a french address.

charter flights is the way to go....some from london to goa.....monarch airlines for ex....
some from italy (and other countries) to thailand....
difficult to find the right companies but off season (and season too) you get super bargains!

Information about prices:
I decided to travel to Greece, Athens and Crete to see some friends. And I paid about 200 Euro through MrJet.
I also just ordred a plane ticket to India, Delhi from Athens, and the price was 400 Euro, and the flight takes me about 15 Hours, one stop in between (Bahrain). This was also throught MrJet. I went to more local flight shops, but MrJet was as or a little bit cheaper.
Ticket from Scandinavia (Ie. Copenhagen) to India, Delhi is aprox 600 Euro.. So  je

Qatar Airways have very good value packets for for Asia.Three times in the past from Athens to Beijing with one stop to Doha the price was between 440 to 480 Euro.I think the price is very good.

Yeah, nice topic, i am looking for tickets from europe to india right now... any one knows any other deals or airlines?
i've also been searching on www.skyscanner.net and www.expedia.com but didn't find anything special yet
