i did speak to a few peeps around me regarding the lagalisation of production and export of cannabis in India...
guess for a growing economy like ours we have to have regulations in trems of what we decide to sell now for it is gonna make a mark in the longterm economic development.
we dont wanna be called or clech'ed as a cannabis country like what happened to columbia(not for cannabis ofcos)
so may be in about 5 to 10 years we should see some thing being done about it.
cannabis despite of being illegal does not have norms attached to it in India. Bhang is consumed and everyone know our world famous sadhus are associated with it.
as for our govt... they doing alright they can do better and will do so in time but for now they doing ok.
so i guess we should let the isrealis and italians make all the money they want to for now for a channel which makes more than 900 crores of business will eventuslly be tapped by locals and then by the government.
plus we still better in India... here in states i had to have a drug test taken even to get a job. if that was to happen in India there would be no new recruitments until three days after holi 
and anyways when i talk of making it lagal i spoke about production and exports not about consumption.
the consumption can only be regulated by lagalisation.
just the way in many places u have to be atleast 18 to get a tattoo done...

if i m not mistaken u can garry not more then 99 gms  for self consumption.
but u cant trade even a single gm. & this too is complicated wot if ur caught with even 10 gms. n then they can question u how did u get it n den again it gets messy.
bout bhaang, indian govt. has it's own legal distribution centres in nearly the whole of india.
i have seen 1 in mumbai and countless in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh.

been caught with 6 t's before ,,, had to bribe the cops with handheld videogames and old t shirts ,,, lol,,, had no money to giv the bugger,,,, he wasnt willing to waste his time ,,, 6t's is not much at all
under 8 t's ur usually safe im guessing ,,,, they dont giv a fuck about u consuming ,,,, but if ur thinking of dealing with it in larger quantities ,, they will fuck u up ,,, because dealing is their job ,,, lol
thts where they make a fuck load of money ,,, getting bribes from various dealers ,,, playing them like puppets ,,, and when the heat comes down on them ,,,, then they fuck everyones trip
its a brutal game,,,, so just be discrete ,
