Don't misunderstand the ways forums work... most frequent visitors are lazy and will not even reply when they like it... I've gotten used to working with little or no feedback.
You're a skilled young talent, you've been at this for three-four years now and have come a much longer way than a lot of the people know that have been painting for years longer. Start realising this and instead and focuss on the future, where you want to go 
This doesn't have to depend on the feedback you get here, but your ambition. And i've noticed you have quite a bit of it, so get going when the going gets tough
