Changing loop point in realtime ?

Anyone who knows of any program/sequencer where you can change the looppoints of wavsamples in realtime ?
Fruity loops shows the looppoints but there´s no way to change the loop point setting while the program is running. |

and why not ?
what does the crf button does then ?
(start point only tho.. thats tru)
how about playing your sample throu wave traveller and map it before then playing the diffrent keys.. just another idea
