Anyway beside a pitch shift in cubase to change the key of a sample withut it sounding bad?

You mean the key that is stored in the sample file ?, if yes, open the sample in an audio editor like WaveLab and choose sample attriubets from the sampling menu.
If you're talking about pitch shift, you can use any sampler.

ya ya ...
first off i dont wabe wavelab,
but i dont need to do all that bcause u can pitch shift in cubase...
i have my bassline on certain notes.. say F#
now my voice sample is on a diffrent key.
So I pitch it to the key off my bassline
but the voice sounds NOT so good pitched up so much.
