In which software can i change the bpm of an entire track and it will sound good like in my pioneer cdj-100?

Ableton. Ableton's time stretching is the best by far.

cubase timestreching is great as well, you just need to choose the right algoythm like in ableton..           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-
