Change EQ with BASS note?

Need Help Please!!!
I Have a bassline in A that sounds good, but when it change to other note ( C, B and G#) its sounds bad.
I have to change the Eq when the note change?
also the db change

The harmonics are not the same when notes changes i think
So u can load your pre-eq bass notes in a sampler if needed.

Sample method sounds like a good idea.
It could be on the synth you have the filter tracking the keyboard. This means the filter will open up in scale to the keys. Its probably worth checking.
