We have important news for you!
By June 15th the order processing and article management of Chaishop Bazaar has been taken over by a new crew at Chaishop Headquarters in Hamburg.
This work was previously done by Mushroom Mailorder. They have resigned with their mailorder activities and also we (the owners of Chaishop Bazaar) think there is a lot that can be improved.
Plain-talking we want to improve prices, delivery times, product info (prelistening and descriptions) and general service.
We didn't announce this change before because we needed some time to get into the subject for beeing able to really offer better service to you.
In this time we have already realized a couple of improvements:
CDs are offered now for an average price of EUR 15.90 with monthly special offers at EUR 13.90.
The shipping charges have been lowered to start at EUR 4.56 for Germany, EUR 8.20 for the UK and EUR 12.95 to USA (examples).
Each product has up-to-date delivery time information. If we have all ordered products on stock we deliver after 1 working day. If not the necessary time to deliver (usually 5 working days) is indicated. Shipping time is additional and is indicated on the confirmation page.
We have a new "Nice Price" Section in this mailing informing about products with very low prices (i.e. EUR 6.90 for some cds).
This newsletter has been redesigned for better reading. (If you have any problems to display it please let me know!)
For people that might have had bad experiences with Chaishop Bazaar in the past we'd be happy if you test our new crew and services!
For long-time customers we'll be doing everything possible to keep you satisfied and even improve our services to you!
For people who never ordered with us - this is the time to try!
