Hi guys
I've seen most commercial studios use a three speaker setup, left, right and centre ...is this good for psy production? Or is it just more used for tv/cimema sound?

I'm also intersted in sub woofer or centre monitor for better lows indication with my setup . If anyone can advice me some cheap and nice speaker or sub woofer .

I'd go for a better set of monitors, like the mackie or genelec.
subs tend to cause trouble in home-set-ups because of the acoustics that a home room usually have
as long as the monitors can reproduce a wide audio spectrum and can speak well @in the low end area you shouldn't have much trouble with them
all in all the acoustics of the room is as important as the speakers themselves, otherwise you get a false impression of the bass 'cause of standing waves. If you can't hear much bass in your studio but when you play your mixes in a club the bass kills everything else,(assuming you have a good pair of nearfields) then you definitely need to sort the room out !
google search some info on it , there's plenty.

Yeah that is mainly for cinema sound. Cinemas have LCR or LCRS setups. (Left, Center, Right & Surround). As PAs don't have center speakers, there is no point in having one in your studio to produce psytrance. Spend the money on better stereo monitors.
