If buying a CD in Israel means getting a mortgage, what does it mean to buy a Pentium 4 and a Nordlead to produce that music? say, selling your sister?

And just 4 the record, sth is very fishy here, he has burned CDs, he wants both covers of all the CD's, so that he could make it look like an original CD...hmmm, r u planing on going 2 eilat by any case? 4 lets say, opening a bass-tah?
