so as silly as it sounds i need a big carpet for my home studio(neighbours keep complain), and was thinking maybe if theres a store selling some psychedelic carpets or even those indians shanti banti stuff, or anything that fit the trance atmosphere  it should be quite fat and big. and not so expensive.

well I dunno much about acoustics and carpeting, but I happened to walk by a carpet store on dizengoff st. the other day and they had in the window massive heaps of those big stripey sinai carpets as well other thick colourful things in various designs - I think there was something there about a sale.. maybe you could layer a few. It was 142 dizengoff if I remember right.
Also I know some people who can just 'take care' of the neighbours.
