Despite the mystery behind tech-trance music, Carl Nunes has found an equilibrium between progressive and intense trance.
Ayarza is a groovy piece, holding tightly to his origins in progressive house, like "Reflections" and "Between Us," all 2010 releases. Now, Carl has combined his sparkling sounds with a shuffled banging groove, Progressive-Trance as we call it since the 90s. Deep bass lines along with some classic trance synths and tech house percussions tell us why Carl has refused to be an exclusive producer to one genre. Throughout his career his productions have always been musically varied and energetic.
Soundcloud:
Mugatu is a strong and warming piece which basically is created by vibrant, smooth synths and melodic energy coming from the punch of each kick drum. The ingredients were meticulously chosen in this tune like the nearly constant stream of stuttered synths dancing around a magical pad sequence over an arpeggiator, delivering percussive tones that are able to cause maximum dancefloor damage, as we felt in our last EDM festival we invited him to in El Salvador, LIFEst last April.

This combination will fill the playlists of many in the coming months, an incredible effort from this Guatemalan producer.
