We could well discuss car audio systems here.
However, to begin with i have a query:
I need a cd panel for my car, not pricey at all: i have seen one from blaupunkt http://www.blaupunkt.com/in/7646195510_main.asp at 7,900 rs (i am from india) and i am keen on it since it has a ipod jack.
Any other makes that can offer me a cd panel with an ipod jack around the same cost?
I did use the search i.e google

most of the new ones come i pod ready .. but look for 1 with a usb slot as well ..i think u better off asking your car stereo guy .. |

i dunno how much that is in dollars, but i bought this week exactly what you're looking for, with minijack AUX in on the front panel...mine costed 90 dollars, but there was a even cheaper option (with USB + minijack) for as cheap as 60 bucks...
the one i got was kennwood, the cheaper one was "Dual", they all the same crap tho i belive...
oh and it is godly, i was using a fm transmitter before, now it is soooo much better....

Reciever shud have front USB
Need a bass tube ..
And 4 spks ...
Any recommendations

this car audio....i dont know...i have never ever been satisfied by car audio...even in the best models i have tried....it is dump....it is not clear....i would love to have a clear audio in a car...

I dunno how it is out there, but here in India, people have this weird audio fetish for bass.... one could almost use these cars as subwoofers at parties cause all you can here in them is doof doof doof ....

+1 but which is why we use a lot of sound deadening in the panels to improve the acoustics in the car chamber.
I have in my car a Precision Power DCX 1000.4 4 channel amplifier.
Two channels driving infinity component speakers. Two channels bridged driving a Pioneer subwoofer.
