i cant send any PM whenever i click on send nothin happens the page just freezes ..... i deleted all my temp files, cleard cache and cookies etc ..... still nothin ...

You are using Squid a free UNIX proxy server.
This is a well known error. Unfortunately it cannot be fixed. Probably squid was applied with major security defences or it has a problem.
Usually all the submitions in web are using different commands and syntax. This syntax sometime could be harmful and is blocked by UNIX systems on proxy/apache level. In our case it's ok since anonymous cannot do anything here, but Your proxy is not aware of it.
So, the only choice fix squid and enter isratrance forum into allowed sites list.
