I just realized something today I have been listening to some trance music for past 3 hours in absolute darkness and have a candle burning. I really got into trance state lot faster and found it a lot better than ever before..has anyone else experienced this with candles and trance music?

Then you couldn't of been in absolute darkness.
Candles have long been used for meditative.contemplative activity, though I tend to prefer to close my eyes...
