Andiparos is not how it used to be, i went this summer...stayed only for 2 days and then left.
La Luna was still open though

Thanx for the concern John, the line up is already complete though, and will be announced at due time.
To make some things clear, the second stage, organized by myself, is dedicated to the sounds of dub and it's modern derivatives. The dj and live sets will reflect the evolution of the jamaican sound system culture, from early roots and dub to steppers, digidub, psychedelic dub, dubstep (covering various styles ranging from tech influenced, dark, breakstep, dubby) and drum n bass.
This stage is not meant as a chill out area, even though
there will be "chill out" music in the morning hours, as there will be more upbeat sounds during midday (suitable for grooving under the sun) and darker atmospheres for the late hours.
As for the other island/venue talk, i dont really see what you expect to achieve here. Of course, the promoters have decided and made all necessary arrangements so any further such talk is purely fantasy. Whether antiparos will relive it's old glory is up to you, the music lovers. |
