Canadian Defense Minister on UFO Technology & the USA

In this video, the Canadian Defense Minister talks about the USA in addition to UFOs, and speculates as to why our government has not disclosed our UFO files to the public. USA Official Policy states that UFOs do not exist, which makes it difficult for other countries to communicate with us on this topic.
In a time in which many countries have come out and stated that UFOs do exist, and are opening their UFO files to the public, the words of the Canadian Defense Minister regarding UFO anti-gravity technology, the USA government, and the opportunity we have to use that technology to make this world a better place, are truly inspirational. Do you have source to verify "many countries have come out and stated that UFOs do exist"

This video was eleased by Mexican Airforce not stolen or ilegal disclosure, it was presented by the army a year ago.
Maybe the time is near for the truth, are we prepared?

nice , this whole ufo phenomenon thing is fascinating , who knows , maybe there will be some sort of disclosure some day
