Osc 1 Env:
-low attack
-low decay
-full sustain
-full release
Mod env:
-big attack
-big decay
-big sustain
-low release
Filter env:
-low attack
-big decay
-full sustain
-big release
Amp env:
-low attack
-big decay
-full sustain
-low release
Mod matrix:
mod envelope ---> main pitch ( a lot of )
mod envelope ---> filter cut off ( little bit )
thets for modulation, experiment around dthoes settings for color of sound i dont have idea  probably high modulated saw 2-3 osc...

U can make it with discovery:
Use on both osc's sawtooth. Pitch Osc1 12 or 24 semitones down. Set FM-Rate about a half up. At last use a bandpassfilter.

You can also come close to it with Synth1..
The FM knob and low octave note, sawwave probably, some lfo modulation on filter and also other modulation, maybe on amp... experiment... 
also tweaking both amp and filter envelope to get the timing of the sound, the expression..
