I would suggest to you the following:
1. V/A - Earth octave lounge-from interchill records a great chill/freestyle compilation with some of the more talented artists out there.
2. adham shaikh-essence- a new album to one of the veterans of chill music. the style is more to the pure chill-out not psy.
3. ishq-orchid- another release from interchil records the masters of chill-out. Ishq is yet another veteran of the style providing us with a full variety of the chill/freestyle genre
4. loopsnoo- v/a loopsmooth- a bit more psy- chill here with some upcoming greek artist.
Good production and nice sounds here.
5. shiva space technology- jess m-digidelica
From the name you might guess that its a didgiridoo based music with influences from all the electronic downbeat/chillout genres
