there is nothing good art here
and nobody like trance
but also i want open chinese area in trance
and find some trance fans in chinese
can it?

Welcome to our forum, GodPower.
I don't know if I understand you well, but it seems you're requesting the opening of a China Section.
In order to create new country sections we need enough users from the country to populate the section and also users we trust to moderate the section.
Unfortunately I don't think this is the case for China. Meanwhile you can always read a lot of interesting stuff on the other sections.
