if the links are to music you made, you can post it in the New Tracks section. If the links are for LEGAL downloads of music, you can post them either in the Promotional or Links sections, depending on the exact context.
If you post links to copyrighted material, you are breaking the law and going against the forum guidelines.

well i think its pretty easy and goes like this :
if you have some tracks you want to get identified by other ppl coz you dont know anything about it then post a sample in the "unidentified" section ..
if you made a track on your own and would like to have some suggestions post a link in the "new tracks" section ...
if you want to post some good links about some cool filesharing programms , then better leave it , coz we allready know all of them .... hahahaha ....
