this is pretty cool. i was expecting an imitation of oldschool... but this has that grinding prog style groove with goa melodies and stylings over it.
actually, the bassline and even some of the instrumentation (example, around 3min mark) reminds me of solid snake (hullo mods).
so yeah, you're doin' it right. i could see myself rocking out to this.
