looks like the creative aspect of the psytrance scene has some major security issues that have to be corrected asap

my creative aspect have security issues as well?
who will hack my creativity, and what happens then?
Seriously though, I'm not sure what you are suggesting, that the trance scene should be showing the way for the major labels in how to make a lawsuit against creditcard companies??
Do you think these sites sells enough for it to be worth the lawers fees??
Maybe I'm missing something, but it don't sound realistic to me...but good luck indeed |

So ok...all the labes give $1000 each, even if they hardly can afford to promote their artists as it is now.
What would they get back for it?
They can't hope for any massive damage fee's because a site earned a few dollars on their material. Sure they can get 100% of their income, but I bet that site haven't earned more than maximum a few cents.
I'm not a legal expert, but thats how I understand it they need to have a income for it to be worth suing them.
Come on, spend the money and energy on promoting the artists, set up your own digital distribution, or something that is somehow useful.
Don't waste it on trying to sue the credit cards companies.

I agree.. with all the dificultys our market is going thru, you wanna waste worthable money on irrelevant lawsuits.. Like spindrift said, you sue to get the money you deserve.. not to loose even more. |
