$20 @ grassroots (available Saturday, October 13)
or paypal $20 to murray.eitzen@gmail.com and your tickets will be held at the door.
Details:
-Yoga starts at 9:00. Please bring a mat if you wish to participate. (access to the main gym will be restricted during this time so there are no interruptions.)
-we have ample space in the gym, so feel free to bring blankets or cushions or even artwork to display
-Limited capacity venue @ 120.
-Vendors are welcome. You only need to buy a ticket. If you make a profit consider donating a portion to the scout hall. (please pm to Keith at Consanguine@gmail.com)
-No alcohol or drugs
-We reserve the right to refuse admission.
-We would love volunteers for set up and take down. Set up is 1:00-5:00 on Saturday. Take down starts at 6:00 am. Door shifts are also available. (please pm to murray.eitzen@gmail.com)
-The scout hall has a beautiful wood floor. Please bring appropriate indoor footwear, especially if the weather outside is wet.
-While the scout hall contains sound quite well, please be mindful of your actions and noise level in the surrounding community.
-Take care of yourself, take care of each other, take care of the venue.
-Smokers throw your butts in the tins provided.
-Do not post this information on any public forums however, feel free to forward this notice to those who would make a welcome addition.
*Please note whatever you bring to the party you are responsible for getting back. The party rule: if you're attached to it don't bring it.
