For me to i bought my bm 6a mk2 from Dynaudio 4 month ago and te monitors are fu..... awsome, at the beginning i was a bit confused because they are so detailed and clean but now, they are great never give them away.
But for the first monitors i think, they are a little bit toooo expensive but when you know you want make musik for a long time...than....why not.
For me they are perfekt.
I listen to the Dynaudio Air 12 some month in a studio from a friend...Pnly what i can say is BOOOOOOOOM...but the price....damn |

Best advice i've got ....
stick to the best your budget can get - monitors also take time to understand.
Good Luck!!

The Adam A7 seems like a good contender, although you say it can be a bit bright.
|
|
I can not call them bright but transparent
A7 have plenty of eq tweaking options @ rear panel, even a tweeter level knob to fix their sound to your taste or room needs
Reaching 35khz, they reveal a lot more than other monitors
Technology used in their construction is some steps ahead the rest
A7 ROCK!!!!

There are two very important things to take into account when trying to achieve a good sound: a good pair of monitor speakers and a good room with proper acoustics. Other then these must have professional needs, it is very well advised to make a reference between your music to the music that you love and know that is “production perfect” and of course the most essential need… a good pair of ears
