ti2 looks better !!

TI2 has additional polyphony / DSP power / effects / a couple more front-panel controls compared to TI, but isn't different enough to merit the new vs. used price difference, if you're trying to save money.

no much difference, i think the Ti 2 is more exactly when drawing the bass envelope           https://soundcloud.com/twonzero-progressive/twonezero-alienpast-soon-on

Its exactly the same sound architecture mate, same converters. It sounds just like a Virus TI. You're falling for the placebo of more DSP when you think it sounds better.

Peace out.

i didnt expect so many nice tips, i really appreciate it! Almost too many, im confused now. But i think i will go for U-he Zebra + quantum leap ra and Omnisphere or Alchemy.

I will wait with all the hardware.

Zebra and quantum leap ra is for sure. But would you choose omnisphere or alchemy? I think alchemy has some nice features but what do you think?

So i almost made my decison now, but this thread made me think about it. i will defineatly go back here when i need to buy some stuff again.

Cheers and have a nice weekend everybody!

Regarding the DAWs.

If you are on Mac/Hackintosh, I recommend Logic Pro. Lots of great sounding synths and plug ins there.
I have had a lot of analog/digital/software synths and I always use Ultrabeat for kick and general drums and always use ES2 and Sculpture.
Logic native synths, I know, but they sound as good as some very expensive digital synths.

Peace out.

I have always been using windows, and im relly satisfied with it.
I see many using mac, is that just a coincidence or is it better for music production? I must admit i've thought about changing to mac, but then i'll have to start all over learning the system..

I find my mac to be alot more stable than my old pc's (had a couple of them and they were all a nightmare). I am missing out on some software. But stability is more important to me at the moment than having all the software I would like.           soundcloud.com/supergroover

Well i think i will stick to windows + ableton. Im really satisfied with both, and i havent had any problems with windoes being unstable.
The reason im asking, is because im buying a new computer soon
