Hello !

Does anyone know of a website where i can buy sound gear for a low price (just heaphones and sound card) from and have them send it to me free of cost(or at a minimal charge) to India ?

Also, if you do know of a website, is it reliable?

Cheers

NOthing in India is reliable and that's the beauty of it.

As for websites I would recommend
www.audiomidi.com

they are in California and I don't know what their shipping deal is to India. I suggest you give them a call. Worked for me many a times for discounts to just call and nicely ask...

Good luck! Bom!           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

If you want to buy from abroad but want it delivered in india then you can use 20north.com
You can copy the url link of the international website with the item you want 20north will quote you indian price it will also add shipping and customs and give you final landed price in india.

Another option is to tell the international shop to ship direct but mark the item as gift or below $50 you might save on customs but there is no guarantee with indian custom officers lol.           "Whoever said the best things in life are free... obviously grew their own bud"

Not to India but to Canada. I have bought a lot from them and they were cool every time.
Once a sub was delivered, didn't work, they sent a new one within 2 days and picked the old one up for free... As for shipping to India, I would ask. Note that their prices are pretty much unbeatable...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

yes they are reliable but sometimes stuff get stucks at customs so there might be a delay but you will get your product.

you can also post them the audiomidi link and they will give you a quote for the product shipped to india.           "Whoever said the best things in life are free... obviously grew their own bud"

I forgot to mention if you're ordering something that is quite valuable the retailer will most probably oblige your request to under-invoice. This way you can save some $$$ in custom duties/taxes.

I've ordered from novamusik, vintageking etc & they made the invoice per my requirement but then again the purchases were between $5000-$7500. I don't know if they'll do it for smaller purchases, but it's worth a shot.

They will under-invoice but then if you cant really get insurance for the product so if it gets lost/damaged you cant do much.           "Whoever said the best things in life are free... obviously grew their own bud"
