check out the monomachine. it can make the strangest noises ever heard. superwave, c64 emulation, fm synthesis, vocal synthesis, wavetable synthesis... with effects like reverb, ringmod, dynamix, chorus...
the user interface is best i've ever seen on a synth and the internal sequencer is just sick (resetting lfo/filter env while note is playing, anyone?). The possibilities of modulations are practically infinite.
it's not a all-in-one synth and it does have its signature sound. but it's very flexible.
plus it's made in the country where nord are made too
