Interfuse= Midsize regional burn with lots of theme camps, the largest usually being the Mindlicker/ Temple of Tecknowledgey which is a primarily trance and psydub stage put together yearly by members of Cicada Rythyms, Esoteric Generation, and others...
and yes, it is epic...does anyone know if tickets are still available?

Yes, tickets are still available until April 4th. I actually have a pic of you and Boozer from either last year or the year before.

yea I've been to interfuse the last five years and I've got my tickets for this year, I wouldnt miss it, but I can definately pass on nevada. I'm waiting for the next burning man to crop up somewhere, the main event has lost its luster.

I went to Burning Man for the first time last year after procrastinating for 7 years !
I think it was well worth it. You have to remember to go with no expectations and an open mind because BM is an 'experiment in communal living' it is NOT a festival !!!! I think the problem is that half the people who go have no clue what its about but they usually have fun anyway. Burning Man is whatever you make it because its really just a makeshift city for a week so you will find almost anything you would find in any other community.
By the way last year there was a psytrance camp and it was quite good actually. Some of the psytrance acts played at other camps as well.
Nothing like good dark psytrance blasting on an art car cruising through the desert. That experience alone made the whole trip worthwhile. |
